UPDATE: COVID testing will resume June 9 on the Old Wal Mart (2030 East Madison) parking lot. They will be set up both Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. till 11 a.m. You must have a Louisiana ID and drive up. No walk ups. This test is FREE. You must be 18 years old or older.

On Thursday (6-11) the test will be given in Collinston at the store. Same times.

Union Parish

All sites will test from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. while supplies last. (50 tests)

West Carroll Parish

Officials in West Carroll Parish announced that there will be mobile testing in the parish beginning May 27th through June 2, 2020, for those who might wish to be tested. Test kits are limited. The test will be administered by Medical Professionals.

You do not need a doctor’s order nor do you have to have symptoms. Only the first 50 persons will be tested each day. You will need the following to be tested:

A Louisiana ID card or Drivers License for proof of address
You must be 18 years of age.

Tensas Parish

This information is from Tensas Homeland Security E/P.

The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals and The Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness will be hosting mobile community-based test sites for COVID-19 in Tensas Parish May 27-29.


You must be at least 18 years of age; no minors will be tested at these sites.
You must be a Louisiana resident, with valid ID in hand to present to onsite personnel. You WILL NOT be tested without a valid ID.
There is no pre-screening required for this test. You need only show up at the site.
This is a SELF-ADMINISTERED test. You will be instructed by on-site personnel how to administer the test.
This test is FREE. No fees or insurance information is required to be tested.
This is a drive-through testing site. You will be able to remain in your vehicle. However, walk-through testing is acceptable if you have no vehicle.
Each testing site is allotted 50 tests. Once that limit is reached, the testing site will close.
This IS NOT a rapid test. You will be notified of your results within 3-5 days.
Please keep your pets at home if wish to be tested.

Richland Parish

Due to the current forecast and impending impacts of Tropical Storm Christobal, Mobile Testing Sites in Richland Parish will be suspended for the period of Monday, June 8, 2020 thru Friday June 12, 2020.

The current support provided by Louisiana National Guard is expected to be repurposed for storm support as well as the need to secure any other equipment being used during this period is imperative.

Testing in Richland Parish will resume (pending heavy recovery efforts) on Monday 15, 2020.
