The Foundation for Oklahoma City Community College has added four new appointees to its board of trustees.
Michael “Mick” Brannan, Phil Busey Sr., Danielle Hoeltzel and Lynda Mobley each will serve three-year terms.
Brannan is the operations senior manager for aircraft modernization and modification for The Boeing Co. in Oklahoma City; Busey is the founder, chairman and CEO of DRG Management; Hoeltzel is the director of organizational development at Express Employment Professionals’ international headquarters; and Mobley is the foundation partner for corporate giving at ONE Gas.
The Foundation for Oklahoma City Community College has announced rebranding efforts and a new website. The alterations to the foundation’s core brand were completed in tandem with Oklahoma City Community College’s rebrand, but were largely motivated by the changing donor relations required amid COVID-19.
“The new brand is a clean look, and the change to our name really emphasizes our purpose to serve the students, faculty, staff and programs at the college,” said Von Allen, executive director of the foundation.
The new website, GivetoOCCC.org, helps the foundation provide donors with an easier and quicker online giving platform. Donors making an online gift are immediately provided with a tax receipt, making record-keeping more convenient, according to a news release.
“We’ve also migrated to a newer, secure credit card processor to help ensure the generous gifts of our donors are safely transmitted and protected,” Allen said.
